USPC RETURN POLICY

USPC BOOKSTORE RETURN POLICY: The Bookstore values your business. We understand items may need to be returned. To ensure that you will receive full credit for the item we require the following:

PLEASE INSPECT ITEMS UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. WE ASK THAT ITEMS BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ITEM IS IN NEW AND RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT AT THE BOOKSTORE. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN AN UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A COPY OF THE INVOICE AND REASON FOR RETURN (WRONG SIZE, NOT AS EXPECTED, ETC.)

Rulebooks & model kits must be returned with shrink wrap in place. Videos may only be returned if they are in the original packing or if damaged.

DAMAGED MATERIALS: Report damaged shipments to the bookstore within 5 days. Please keep all packing materials.

SPECIAL ORDERS: The bookstore will be glad to order books that are not featured on our online store. These orders will need extra time for delivery. Call the bookstore at 859-422-5522 or E-mail at bookstore@ponyclub.org

TAXES: Orders are only taxed if placed in Kentucky. We welcome Visa and MasterCard.
